Six chicken or beef taquitos served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole.

ARROZ CON POLLO

Chicken, tomatoes and onions on a bed of rice covered with  ranchera sauce and melted cheese.  Served with corn or flour tortillas.

FLAUTA

One beef or chicken flauta, lightly deep fried and covered with mild green sauce and melted cheese.  Served with rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream.

CARNITAS

Our famous tender shredded pork roast served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, and corn or flour tortillas.

CHILE VERDE

Tender cubed port simmered in our traditional mild green chile sauce, Served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

CHILE COLORADO

Cubed beef cooked in a mild red chile sauce and served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

STEAK OR CHICKEN PICADO

Simmered in a delicious tomato sauce with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.  Served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

FAJITAS

Our famous Fajitas are sautéed in our original recipe fajita sauce, served on a steaming hot skillet with bell peppers, onions and a cup of refried beans.  This delicious entrée includes a side plate with pico de gallo, grated cheese, guacamole and corn or flour tortillas.

CHICKEN OR STEAK

Marinated strips of steak or chicken breast.  Single Order or Double Order.

SHRIMP

Tender shrimp (served with rice in place of beans.) 

VEGETABLE 

Garden fresh carrots, broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.

Chicken breast, avocado, cheese, egg, tomatoes, onions and olives served on a bed of crisp green lettuce.

Grounded beef, beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, sour cream and guacamole, served in a crisp flour shell.

SANTA FE CHEF SALAD

In a crisp flour shell with shredded lettuce, cheese, black olives, tomatoes, avocado, mild chiles, beef and chicken.

MEXICAN CAESAR SALAD

Sliced charbroiled chicken breast, green lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, tortillas strips, and parmesan cheese.  Tossed with Caesar dressing.

Beef, chicken, pork, beans and cheese or veggie, served on a crisp flour tortilla shell with beans, cheese, olives and tomatoes, topped with sour cream and guacamole.

GRANDE TOSTADA

Beef, chicken, pork, beans and cheese or vegetable, served on a crisp flour tortilla shell with beans, lettuce, cheese, and olives.  Topped with sour cream and guacamole.

FAJITA TOSTADA

Steak, chicken, or vegetable sautéed in our fajita sauce served in a crisp flour tortilla shell with beans, lettuce, cheese, olives, topped with slice avocado, tomatoes and sour cream sour.

VENTURA VEGGIE PLATE

Fresh vegetable sautéed in our famous fajita sauce served on a bed of rice topped with tomatoes, avocado, and green onions.  Served with corn or flour tortillas.

ENCHILADA RANCHERA

One cheese enchilada covered with ranchera sauce and melted cheese.  Served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole.

ENCHILADA VERA CRUZ

One chicken enchilada covered with tangy tomatillo sauce and melted Jack cheese. Served with rice, beans and sour cream.

CHICKEN OR SHRIMP VILLA

Chicken or shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with jalapenos, green onions, and mushrooms, covered with melted Jack cheese.  Served with rice, beans, and corn or flour tortillas.  Additional charge for Shrimp.

SEAFOOD ENCHILDAS
