Tender cubed port simmered in our traditional mild green chile sauce.  Served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

Cubed beef cooked in a mild red chile sauce and served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

STEAK OR CHICKEN PICADO

Simmered in a delicious tomato sauce with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.  Served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas.

FAJITAS

Our famous Fajitas are sautéed in our original recipe fajita sauce, served on a steaming hot skillet with bell peppers, onions and a cup of refried beans.  This delicious entrée includes a side plate with pico de gallo, grated cheese, guacamole and corn or flour tortillas.

Fresh vegetable sautéed in our famous fajita sauce served in a bed of rice topped with tomatoes, avocado, green onions.  Served with corn or flour tortillas.
